Andrew joined Stopline in December 2010 after leading the PPB Advisory IT Forensics capability in the Melbourne. Andrew is now the Managing Director of Stopline. He has a law enforcement background with both the Victoria and Federal Police and also many years of corporate experience. Andrew is considered an expert in the field of computer forensics in Supreme, County and Magistrates Courts of Victoria and also other jurisdictions nationally. He has over 20 years experience as an investigator (former Detective) and also as a computer forensic expert. Andrew is now specialising in the development and growth in Stopline’s core business, whistleblower hotline services. He was instrumental in developing the new disclosure smart phone APP for iPhones and Android phones for our whistleblower hotline service in 2017.

Andrew is a business and financial consultant specialising in insolvency, forensic accounting and corporate advisory. Recently (June 2015) Andrew expanded his business interests and joined Stopline Pty Ltd as a Director. Andrew provides valuable leadership and guidance to the team by bring together his invaluable business knowledge. He also provides a depth of experience and knowledge to our financial investigations. Andrew has significant experience in providing advice to business owners, financiers and advisers in relation to operational performance, distressed businesses, fraud investigation, due diligence reviews, litigation support and business valuations. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance having worked in public practice providing accounting and financial advice to small and medium sized business owners and held senior finance roles in large private corporate entities. Since 1996 he has specialised in insolvency, corporate restructuring and forensic accounting.
Scott Mann is an industry specialist in computer forensics and digital investigation with over sixteen years’ experience providing computer forensic and incident response service to the private sector, government departments and law enforcement agencies and as a consultant with top tier accounting firms. Scott joined Stopline in 2015 as a Director to develop and grow the cyber security risk management and forensic technology arm of the business.
Prior to joining the private sector Scott was a Detective with the Victoria Police Computer Crime Investigation Squad where he conducted online and offline computer crime investigations as well as supporting other investigators in the search, seizure and examination of computer based evidence. Scott has worked in leading the creation of a national computer incident response and forensic service and now advises many government agencies and private corporations on their incident response procedures as well as information management as a proactive approach. Scott has provided digital investigation support to organisations in matters such as computer security incident response; electronic discovery; computer misuse and employment disputes; fraud investigation; pro-active threat and risk audits; and the search for and collection of data under search orders
