Partnering with GS E&C Australia to Launch the Lotus Program

At Stopline, we are proud to partner with GS E&C Australia on the launch of the Lotus Program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to support employees impacted by family and domestic violence (FDV).

The Lotus Program provides safe, confidential pathways for employees to access the help they need. Through our secure disclosure platform, employees can:

• Privately access information and resources about FDV.

• Report concerns and seek tailored support for their unique circumstances.

• Connect with experts for assistance with safety planning and practical solutions.

The workplace is often the only safe space for those experiencing FDV, and the Lotus Program ensures employees at GS E&C Australia have a trusted, secure avenue to seek help. Our platform plays a key role in delivering this vital support with the confidentiality and care it requires.

Launched on 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, the Lotus Program aligns with global efforts to address FDV and highlights GS E&C Australia’s leadership in creating safer, more supportive workplaces.
