Whistleblower and Investigation Training
All employers have a duty to provide a healthy and safe place of work, including ensuring that the workplace is free of behaviour that negatively impacts the workplace.
Eligible organisations also have an obligation to implement a whistleblower program, must have a policy, and have the processes in place to manage disclosures.
