What Should I Do?

Safeguarding Services and Stopline are excited to introduce you to a new reporting guidance app we’ve developed called ‘What Should I Do?

When an incident occurs, What Should I Do? allows users to answer a series of questions to determine what action they should take. The app will ensure you’re compliant with legislation and provides users with an avenue to seek advice in a user-friendly and time-efficient manner.

For those organisations subject to the Victorian Reportable Conduct Scheme, What Should I Do? assists you to comply with section 16K of the Child Wellbeing & Safety Act (2005), which states the ‘head of entity’ must have a system in place to allow people to report an allegation.

Client feedback told us there needed to be an easier way to guide adults and children when confronted with a serious incident. What Should I Do? provides that guidance.

Operating from any computer or smart phone, language used within the app changes to suit a child or adult user and lets them know where they can get help.
